Reply with quote | #2 | this time of year invest in a bottle of pineapple falvour, any major brand will do (can also get cheap unbranded flavours off ebay, not as good but do the job).
I used to make fishy pineapple that were pretty good in winter. Based on a fishemeal, semolina and soy flour base with tuna and anchovie paste along with pineaplle flavour.
Used to save some paste to wrap round the lead. Was a great carp catcher on several venues. __________________ If it bleeps hit it - If it doesn't think about it... |

not a flavour for making boilies but i have just bought a 4 litre bottle of molasses for adding to ground baits and method mixes for £8.50. i think this is really good when you compare this to the dynamite flavours. i got this from the farm shop in walnut tree who have a very small fishing section for crumb, particles and a few pellets and other bait bits. just thought people might be interested! |

Reply with quote | #4 | Regarding the mollasses I think a can roughly the same size as outlined above is £5.50 or so from Jollies.
Great enhancer to groundbait, bags, glugs etc |
